OldSpell RECOVERY is a food supplement in capsules for adults, supplied in a pack of 60 capsules.

Each capsule provides 100 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate together with vitamin B6.

Per capsule

• Magnesium: 100 mg (27% NRV), from 510 mg magnesium bisglycinate
• Vitamin B6: 2.5 mg (179% NRV), as pyridoxine hydrochloride

Directions: 1 capsule daily.

Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate (510 mg, providing 100 mg elemental magnesium), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride).
